I replaced the cut originally cuz I realized I could encode it with better quality, but now I wish i hadn't cuz I can't seem to get the frame rate a solid 24fps again. I'll investigate more tomorrow, but apologies for this post getting reuploaded over and over again.

If you're using avidemux it just gives weird fps decimals like that, I'm not sure there's anything you can do to negate it. For the sake of the booru though it literally does not matter so you shouldn't keep trying to replace this.
