untai said: animation was produced in japan, so does 'western' tag really need to be here on cybersix posts?
Generally if the animation is all outsourced but the show is produced by a western company, it should get the western tag. Cybersix is more complicated tho, since it was a coproduction between TMS and a Canadian TV network, and TMS had much more creative involvement then when they did outsource work for shows like Batman. I get both tagging it as western because it was originally aired in Canada and they spearheaded funding, or removing the tag since the animation was done on the Japanese pipeline
I mainly used the western tag cause it was already used for the other Cybersix posts but i'd be for removing it from the show's posts. though it did air first in Canada, production-wise I don't think this show is different from something like Moomin or Cyberpunk Edgerunners, which don't have the western tag
as evidenced by Spencer's boards in the child post, the first cut is edited in from a different part of this scene. however, these are really the only cuts worth uploading from this sequence imo
every character here (2nd cut) was animated by its own animator (as in the post #9219). and sakuga wiki says that akitake animated ritsu playing drums in op (since he plays drums himself)

i don't know what the timestamps for Patrick Stannard's cuts are, but i'd guess his work covers at least 0:38-0:45
