Nonaka has a contract with Bibury Animation, so he goes under a pen-name when working on any anime that isn't by them. He's also well acquainted with Bocchi's animation producer Shouta Umehara, and has drawn scenes in almost every anime Umehara has been animation producer on or episodes he's been production assistant for.
