was CGI and it was one of the best anime of the year
yeah,it's sad that Mappa had to resort to CGI but hey,who knows ?in dorohedoro they switched to 2D in some instances

the CGI is passable ,and the art,animation and direction outside of the titans is great and the strong story can carry the anime
