Maybe Fukuda? He was credited on this ep and the impact frames are pretty similar (though nowhere near as crazy) to his work on post #145787

A lot of work in this episode was (very) nerfed so it could very well be. Wouldn't presume though for that reason + It'd only be based off 1 scene.

With his recent (presumed) work on Supercrooks to go off of now as well, I'm almost 100% sure this is Fukuda, effect shapes are basically identical

I hope I'm wrong but I think the credits for this episode should be in order... this probably isn't Fukuda, might be Daisuke Nishimura instead
