I was just looking at some of Toshiyuki Sato's black and white stuff (especially https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/38467 ), and the bit from 0:13 to 0:17 looks a lot like him with the pencil look. Could he be NC on the episode?

Maybe

I've also heard plenty of speculation that it could be NC Kameda but we may never know the truth
This cut is still one of my fav cuts in MHA ... The crayon work is beautiful
In my opinion, those black and white stuff from 0:13 to 0:17 remind me of Haruka Iida so I put her as presumed for now.

Iida confirms her work and has other scenes on this episode, so we know it isn't hers.
Those impact frames are too pencil-like to be Īda anyways, she's more on the inky side imo

I think it's best to lay off the presumes a bit. Tagging off of other peoples comments when it isn't tagged means either they aren't that confident or still thinking it through (I've tagged stuff a year from a comment but that's a more extreme case). Checking what's already sourced for an episode is also a good way to measure the possibility of a cut being by X or Y. In this case Iida's cuts are tagged without a presume and a tweet sourcing what they did for the episode (in post #116791), so there was no chance of it being them. Thanks and I hope to see some good guesses in the future, even with all of that in mind a lot of people including me get it wrong, so nothing to worry about there. As long as we came together and give each other input it'll be fine in the end.

Did sute ever confirm exactly which cuts he did? In the cuts with Endeavor's dialogue before this cut, the flame shapes looked like sute, and the "blocky" fire effects in the first cut kinda looks like some of the effects in
https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/145786

so I feel like sute could have done the first 2 cuts, and then someone else did the rest, judging by the genga (maybe Kameda? The genga style kinda looks like him?).
Sute's cut is confirmed https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/145786

Is there any source? Like a tweet by sute confirming which cuts he did or a private confirmation by someone? Basically, I'm just asking what confirmed it.
it looks like it got lost with the BD replacement, but I'm pretty sure he confirmed it
finally we know who did it

Wait, he only have 2 cuts ? Where do he come from. This is such a strong cut, for someone that have not been in the highlight. Maybe a inbetweener that was given the chance to produce a cut ?
Given the fact that the 2 cut he made are from anime made by bones. I believe that my theory might be right.

He's been doing KA and AD work for a while, definitely has a bunch of other good scenes that just aren't credited to him. Unknown Chad.
