I've noticed that there are many genga, corrections and production materials that depict scenes that are spread out throughout the episode they detail, but they are not all connected into one scene that someone else posts, and since parent posts only allow one, should there be multiple parent posts for one production material post?

I don't think moebooru has the ability to put multiple parent posts for a single scene. In some cases, we simply reverse the parent and child posts (for example post #192148 or post #182410)
