They do get it in the tv version, if you watch the raw version there'd be those dimmings. The digital version however don't have them

I love how the impact frames have a real sense of continuity and movement, as opposed to just alternating light and dark.

Yeah totally, this is REALLY cool !

Anyway, I think this is my favorite sequence of the season by far. Animation is great, but even the compositing team did a great job enhancing it !
When reading the chapter this was one of my favorite panel, so I'm very glad they did honor to it this way. Reeeeally happy that they animated the camera zooming out for the punch, I was affraid they just added a cheap zoom out.

And that last shot is just incredible too !
