Yeah, ufotable use auto-tweening for a while now. Can't say I'm a big fan of it.
Do slow motion sequences require more inbetweens or key drawings?

but ANN doesn't credit anything
They're not obligated to give credit, it's a software not a studio. But you can tell when it's used when there are very smooth inbetweens on 1s with very mechanical timing, that look almost impossible to draw by hand
