This is gonna be a very wild guess, but could the first cut be Washio? The linework on the leg seems rather similar to the linework on the arm in https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/122520

I wouldn't be surprised if the other cuts are Washio as well, but the blur effect makes it difficult for me to discern the linework on the body.

Edit: Ayy, managed to guess right for once! Washio is such an underrated beast, they deserve to get more work.

I would love to see Washio try and do some AD work some day, his style of heavy linework and a good impression of three-dimensionality would be really interesting to see the work of other animators translated through.
