Yes, these new uploads have a lot of contrast or saturation and have color differences between cuts. Are these the edited version of Funimation?

These are from the Spanish BDs. They originate from Funi's masters but some dark detail issues aside (nothing to do with Funi tampering), they're the most superior source.
