5 of the 6 people who were credited for action animation this week were also present last week, with the one addition for this week's episode being Mitsuteru Kubo.

I think we can rule out Aoki again since he's already confirmed his part.

Here are the remaining candidates: Yuriko Maeda, Yuji Takagi, Masaaki Yamamoto, Tsutomu Hashizume and as mentioned previously, Mitsuteru Kubo.

I have a strong feeling that both unknown uploads are by Takagi

It might be worth looking into his body of work and picking out his credited appearances that aren't shared with other animators on these lists.

his body work on Pierrot shows like Naruto, Bleach and Root A is not very noteworthy. Which is why I'm skeptical about this. You could point towards those series not having the best schedules but it's not like OPM2 is known for having the best schedule either.

Nor did he really ever do action scenes before this, which is equally confusing.

EDIT: If I had to make a guess this is probably Mitsuteru Kubo's work, he at least has a reputation as an action animator. The Garou scene in episode 3 could be NC or maybe even Tsutomu Hashizume 橋詰力 - they were very recently promoted to KA after many years of inbetweening and 2nd KA work at JC Staff, completely unknown animator.

EDIT2: So looks like all those NC Keiichi Ishida Naruto episodes that both the western and JP sakuga community were convinced on were wrong, and Takagi is actually a god
