I wish we'd know who did this scene. Starscream is much more stylized than usual

This is bad comedy.

Considering Shigenobu Nagasaki (a Studio Z animator) worked on this movie, maybe he was responsible for the Kanada flare?

Is there a way to actually gauge if this is Nagasaki's work? Part of me thinks this is Masanori Shino just based on how more stylized the shots with Starscream, Ramjet and Astrotrain look.

I’ll admit the presence of the Kanada flare just made me default to Nagasaki since he was the one Kanada-influenced animator on the movie I already knew from other stuff, though now that I’ve actually looked up Shino (I’ve probably only seen his name once or twice), I’d say you’ve made a good point.

Looks like Starscream's head is smaller than on the TV show.
