He was credited as Animation Director so it's likely just his corrections considering he did animation over at post #115920. The extent of his corrections are unknown here but you'd be correct in saying Ogiso had a hand in the cut at the very least imo.

Ok thanks, didn't know he was an AD on the movie, that definitely explains it
