I agree that's why I think the rest of the upload would be his rough layout at best even though kaneko makes more sense. However those impact frames are stock that gets reused a few other times so it doesn't even have to be the same animator. In a way it would even make sense that he would focus on animating reusable parts like this as he was busy directing and all
