A lot of parts of this scene look like Wakabayashi and he missed a few rotations on TV YYH around this time and it would be pretty bizarre for the centerpiece animator of the series to miss out on the movie especially when there's nothing else we can really point to that would be in the way of him working on this?

But at the same time he doesn't have a track record of going NC plus some cuts don't resemble his work at all.
