Thanks to some genga I found of Gegege no Kitaro (4th Series, https://twitter.com/datwerg/status/1083973448525729792 ) that has some of the same notations as these and other cuts from this movie, I have a good reason to believe that this is Yoshitaka Yashima.

Also the reason this jumps from Vegeta in the air to a closeup of his face is because, while it's animated as one cut, it's meant to be presented as two cuts. Yamamuro's corrections added a new frame between A7 and A8 (Aイ) should they have ever been joined into one cut, which didn't end up happening.

Just to be on the safe side I'll keep a presumed tag on this.

Art looks tremendously like Yashima's regular output on Super.
