Presuming Nakatsuru for the two cuts where the camera swings around Gash and Kiyomaro.

Sakuga@wiki has a full KA List for this opening although, I'm not entirely sure where it's sourced from. Googling the text gives me a result for some message board post from 2003 that can no longer be accessed, possibly the source used.

Despite this, I really think these cuts look like him.
