like the Maquia post earlier, by layout he should mean the rough BG's and characters while the key frames are designed by Arai.

Also Inoue and Morimoto did layouts + corrections for most of the movie, would get a bit out of hand to tag them on most of the uploads imo

According to Inoue, he made about half of the movie from scratch, but it would certainly be a bit difficult to tag
