After rewatching this clip, I'm pretty sure some of this was done by Iwane. Mainly due to some of the smoke, similar timing, and shading for the Pokémon.

This is all Tamagawa. He just shares a VERY similar style with Iwane of how to do action cuts, effects, and even shading, Tamagawa's art style in how to draw the human characters makes him easy to tell apart though.
