I see more of Aoki's characteristics in this one, that shiny wind and smudges on the stick spin looks a lot like how he draws effect these days (https://imgur.com/a/Dy5qBCV). Both are in the credits of ep #1, So I wonder if it's not his, he was even 'Action Director' in Uqholder!
