I can view uploads by other users without any problem.

Works fine on Chrome desktop, but having the same problem on mobile.

The cut now works for me on both my phone and PC. I'm not sure why I wasn't able to load it yesterday. My apologies. I would add, other people I talk to have had playback issues with the cut on their phones. For them, the video is shuttering and skipping around. The issue might lie in the fact that this cut, as well as the other cuts for omega, are encoded at a variable frame rate.

None of Booru's posts works at my phone, so this is normal by me.

Works on my PC.

Works on both for me.
