I love one piece, but Tate's art direction was perfect for the show. He should've never left for Super, for his loose designs and art style allowed for better movement and a more light hearted aesthetic.
0:45 onward is very Hisada in the character art, posing, timing and effects - doesnt resemble Shida at all when comparing it to his other cut in the episode or the cut prior to Hisada's

Toei made a big mistake sending it to Super. That man was born to animate One Piece
Every pose of the attack rush is gold. They just make SO MUCH sense.
Tate 0:00-0:27; Shida 0:28-0:44; Hisada 0:45-end. That's my two sense about it.

It looks more like Tate [0:00-0:37], Shida [0:38-0:44], Hisada [0:45-end].
idk, 0:28-0:37 has closer to Shida's timing, even if the art isn't super detailed.

If you're just basing it off timing, maybe. But the same can go for Tate's, whose art style is what is showcased better there. And the cuts of Luffy's leg wrapping around Lucci as well as preparing the Rifle attack sync better with Shida's timing and art style. I see no reason why Tate would heavily correct Shida's cuts over others, especially since he was an AD this episode.
