What's with the black bar on the side?

Happens often with DVD rips and some BD upscales. Typically it'll be cropped away, but it seems the uploader didn't bother with that.

The black bars vary from episode to episode on the Dragon Box. They're typically only a few pixels so I don't bother. This episode's are larger for whatever reason. Not a huge deal.

Wasn't this uploaded already by someone :thinking to the max:

also the black bars just don't vary from episode to episode. on the R2J DVDs, even within a single episode, the cropping changes from one cut tot he next
