(NOT TRUE MISINFO DON'T READ THANKS) It seems like the same animator who did post #145795 (?) The smoke effects look and move similarly, and the character movement is also quite similar. The drawing of Edward's hand in cut 4 also looks alike. Not exactly helpful given the lack of context surrounding the other post but maybe if this wasn't NC work it would be possible to see if any KA repeats between the two episodes(?)

those two eps (#22 and #32) were outsourced to two different studios (the former to PA Works, this one to Doga Kobo) and handled by completely different teams, so any chance of animator overlap is effectively nil even with potential NC animators taken into account
