a lot of the effects here are just Masakatsu Sasaki BANK from post #145324 (0:03.6 foreground smoke, 0:06.8 rock explosion... etc...), both him and Konno are credited on the 009 episode but some of them are in Sasaki's effects books

Konno has heavily referenced/re-used Sasaki effects before so he's probably still the animator here
