Yeah no kidding but something about those impact frames look familiar but I can't put my finger on who did it and who was "inspired" by.

I looked the staff list of this episode, but there is nobody known. Takashi Hirabayashi, that was in this episode has one post here, but is genga. I think that is a inspiration.
