Background artists aren't tagged in standard uploads like this one. (They can be tagged for production materials thet did for example)

Alright, thanks for the clarification. I was going to say, his tag was already on other works for this show, hence I added it here for consistency, but I see now they've been removed on those other posts too.

Some cuts at the end aren't in the gengashuu but I see no reason to believe it's not Mizuhata personally
