The picture is tagged “genga”, but I guess this is not “genga”.
I think the picture is “douga”(cleaned up of genga) by “inbetweener” .
Because, In the case of “douga”, “Animation picture number(douga-bangou)” is usually written in the upper right of “animation paper(douga-youshi)”.

Also, I think the picture is “superimposed image” with some “douga” of same cut.
In token of that, There are signs that some “animation picture number(douga-bangou)” was clearly overlapped in the picture.

It's douga, yeah, but the site doesn't have a douga tag, so I just went with genga since I saw that's what people had done with other douga.

Possibly Tate's douga? The word "cut" is written very similarly to the way Tate writes it on his genga.
