Original may be Iwane, but as far as I know, we have no indication of what his unfiltered style looked like back then, and the scene's only presumed to be his work. I guess someone should probably ask him?

There's a chance this is Isao Sugimoto's work, as the frame notation matches theirs from this part of the show (genga prior to Z #201).
