I do not know if all of this has been confirmed by Hayashi himself or no, but Hisashi Mori did the last 5 seconds (3 cuts) according to the qutation from the sakuga wiki above.

Yes, I was mistaken. Maybe they meant the last rampage just after Kizaru attack (some of the last few cuts of the movie?) which is not shown in post #47643.
