This clip is totally melting in the cut at around 0:22, I'm assuming that it's because of the upload but I'm not sure enough to flag for deletion

Maybe it's the compositing in the episode itself?

Yeah I don't think it's to do with the upload, I checked the episode as I have it downloaded and it was there too. just a weird thing i guess

indeed how it's supposed to look within the episode. and besides, even if it wasn't there's no point of flagging it to get deleted when it could get replaced instead

Even if a post had a problem like this you shouldn't flag it for deletion without a proper replacement in place. Commenting is more than enough.
