This is the beginning of another amazing animator and I have a question, do japanese animators or do all animators use the construction method? does this animator use the construction method?

No not all of them use construction method. Some animators(like Miyazaki) use the gesture method

Sorry to ask, but what's the difference between the construction method and the gesture method?

I'm not really sure how to properly explain it but the gesture method would be like drawing the flow of the movements of characters body parts instead of using solid shapes. Kinda like drawing a curve to indicate someone arching their back rather than just drawing a rectangular shape as the outline for the back. This should properly explain what I mean:
