For future clarities sake, Takeuchi wasn't credited as Action AD on the film, but Tomohiko Ito (director of the film) and Takashima both commented on the fact that he corrected this fight, so it's non credit fix work. The animation itself doesn't really resemble Takeuchi's, but it's mainly the wind FX and clear influence on the hair that gives the corrections away.
