Too bad this scene is only viewed on Phone screen and Cafeteria TV.
This series has a greater focus on facial expressions. It's literally an easy-to-produce series, for a studio full of [self-imposed] work like MAPPA. If I'm not mistaken, Death Note was also like this: without much animation, with more focus on the atmosphere of the characters.

But Death Note had good art and cinematography, and this series looks plain and boring imo

If cinematography meant "quality," then the series would not only have five scenes included on the site. However, it does not mean that the show was not interesting. The Monster series went through the same. Steins Gates, the same thing, having only one scene included. There is a multitude of works like this. In the end is the plot and the direction that counts in these cases.

Cinematography meant cinematography.

I hope you don't say that just because of this one clip

I'm saying this because of the first episode.
