I have most of the KA: Masaaki Yamano, Mariko Kubo, Yuusuke Yamamoto, Hiromi Nakagawa, Sumie Kinoshita, Shuu Sugita, Kyuta Sakai, Risa Suzuki, Masashi Kirino, Jun Yamazaki, Yasuhiro Kimura.

That's definitely not him. He was too busy with Eromanga and Occultic;Nine, I don't think we'll see him this season (or at least not now). Also he never worked with Dogakobo and he works on major projects at A-1.

Also the KA list has a lot of good animators like Yamano, Yamamoto, Sakai, Sugita, etc. Not being famous/having a lot of uploads here doesn't mean they aren't good.
