Oh, yeah. To be fair, though, Huang's pretty good at it, too!
Yeah, there's no "failing" he's just got his own interpretation and I think it looks pretty dang fantastic.

He confirmed that the "high contrast touch" he was talking about was just his illustration on twitter the other day, rather than any animation here, by the way.
Indeed, this might be his best work yet. Huge improvement over his other works.

Also the perspective in the 7th cut is amazing since it was done on a creature.
