There's an introduced cut at 17 seconds here, shouldn't it just be two different uploads? I thought that any editing of the material within the clip is a no-no.

There are countless edited posts on this site, it helps to showcase the animation high-lights without uploading stills/background shots/whatever. Here is a recent example of an admin uploading an edited post:

Okay, guess the quality guidelines are pretty out of date, they still say to "try and split them up" when uploading, but I guess editing is fine. Maybe a tag to denote that just so people are aware that they are not actually seeing 1-to-1 what is in the show?

I love the creative use of outlines and (character) paint to indicate speed at the beginning. It's like they went so fast, the line work was left behind as an after image.
