Tagging commercials is weird.
Peter Chung's Bizarre Adventure
I’d honestly love to know what the proper term would be for this shading style. Peter Chung uses is pretty extensively in his work (Aeon Flux, the lot) and seems to fall somewhere between a comic-book’s heavy ink cross-hatching and cel block colour (cel shading?).

Don’t personally find the animation itself appealing, but it was impressive for the time. Plus Billy West is the narrator; can’t hate too hard.
The shading technique is called spotting blacks.
Jeez, Peter Chung could work on Jojo with this kind of animation.
This guy looks like Ronald Reagan in the thumbnail.
