There aren't any action animators in the vicinity of the corresponding credit order for this scene -- could be a trap in terms of guessing though. The drawings all around are much stronger than the surrounding parts so its likely either an AD redrawing everything or an animator who made their first appearance earlier in the film with a different scene.

I have a feeling its Yuji Moriyama's AD part.
