Its deceptive, but that cut doesn't look like him

The timing doesnt fit and it appears as if a large number of the frames are tasked to douga. There would be more distinct key's if done by him. This fits with the fact that there are several similar cuts that clearly are not his work between the building morphing

Also have to remember Masatsugu Arakawa (Windy Tales CD) is credited, I think he was originally tasked with the avan and then Miyazawa did a favor by picking up the trickiest cuts.
