almost certain this is Toshihisa Kaiya's part, hard to believe I didn't see it a few years ago but the construction (around the hands especially) is a match for the rest of his presumed work on the franchise. 2nd cut is extremely Toshiyuki Inoue-like. Also, no other scene in the episode has a similar approach since Suzuki draws much more rounded hands.

the smoke and debris are also really sophisticated and doesn't seem to be redrawn by the directors which automatically massively narrows down the candidates
