Might be the most detailed BW
Might be the most melty BW
Isn't this animated by Toshiyuki sato?

Nah sato probably did the cut where the dragon burns some houses, it has his effects shapes all over
i cannot stop watching that sword-drawing cut
It's so cool and metly af at the same time
Could it be thurlow nc? Going by timing, b/w(similar to his cut in op #995), and the amount of detail.
Earlier it was tagged sunghoo park, I think it was correct mainly because those impact frames looks very similar to the ones he used in JJK series and JJK 0.
This is how I imagine Zoro vs Mihawk will end
i presume it might be Kouki Fujimoto because of the impact frames at 0:08
The reason why NC was noted was because they reuse Kouki Fujimoto's effects from JJK0 1:1 (with no change) at 0:8.6. Either Park got permission to reuse his assets between works, committed war crimes, or Fujimoto worked on this noncredited. Either way, Fujimoto's animation is in this scene.
Then seeing how his scene was reused, I'll tag him onto this

Ain’t that something. Haven’t heard of effects from one show being borrowed from another completely different show before.

Its nothing new,
Trigger does that quite often, especially with Yoh Yoshinari Fx's, they are re-used multiple times in completly different shows.
Some animators also re-use their FXs (wich are on separate layers) on different show from time to time.

This case is a bit strange/unique because the scene looks nothing like what Fujimoto would do, and only his FX's are re-used whitout him beeing credited.

Couldn't it be just a case of drawing similarly?
Why would they reuse a few impact frames....
