Home release of this episode features many retakes in the first half where Toshiyuki Tsuru used a more monochrome color palate which I would assume served the purpose of a more authentic homage to Yasujiro Ozu while also exaggerating the difference in Shikamaru's mood swing

Also as far as the Hiroto Tanaka tag goes, there is no proper source for it. It had just been tagged that way forever, so I added a presumed. It would make complete sense for him to tackle this scene though.
