Would really like to know who did this

Shoule be AsaGen? He recalls that he had to wait for the approvals for the boards of the combination much later in the film, so he was available when the first act hit the animation stage. He pointed to this fight and said he wanted to draw something fancy since it was a movie, and that he was satisfied about being able to go all out animating a fight which he hadn't really done before for the series. Really doesn't sound like he just drew the preceding stills/short cuts.
