I think that Shigeta might had done quite a few cuts of genga in the B-part of episode #09 in addition to having been AD, as the timing (and the effects in this cut) look consistently like his work for a while. If this isn't his genga, I think it's at least very likely that he heavily corrected a lot of it and still is worth tagging.
