Gintoki face before the last attack was Ishikawa original idea as the manga not shows the full face.The movie director Chizuru Miyawaki loved the idea and help Ishikawa with some storyboard corrections.

The notations of last cut are Ishikawa's. She directed/animated/ADed the fight and solo animated a long sequence after that, so safe to say she was there.
