Satoshi Kon says that Michiyo Suzuki redrew Inoue's mobwalking (#163211) animation from Tokyo Godfathers, but with summer clothes.
I tagged artist_unknown for the character acting animations because I'm not sure if this is Suzuki's work. Also, the mobwalking animation in the 3rd and 4th cuts might not be by Suzuki-Inoue.
