This is a special case, this short was produced in 30 FPS, unfortunatly all the sources available are extremely low qualtiy and/or completly broken.

This version is the best quality possible available (at the moment) but it come with a big issue, the video is in 23.97 FPS, wich mean some drawings were deleted, thankfully most of the deleted drawings were duplicate frames, but sadly some rare unique frames are also missing.
The immense gain of quality is important enough to be archived here in any case in my opinion.

If someone manage to get a good quality of this short and in the good FPS, feel free to replace.

Tatsuyuki Tanaka did key animation here? I guess he was an animation director and designer, since each cut maintains its aesthetic perfectly, but it seems impossible to identify the division between the 3 animators
