According to the interview in the latest Type-Moon Ace, Sakazume handled all the scenes involving Archer, and while this is refering to a direction role, the last cut beeing a distant model cut like Sakazume like to do a lot, i would not be surprised it that particular cut was his own KA, so presumed for that.
